US woman charges $60 for a cuddle

A US woman is earning $260 a day by snuggling men.

Jackie Samuel charges $60 an hour to males who fancy cuddling up to her in Rochester, New York, and the 29-year-old woman loves the job because she can still study at college and look after her son.

She is quoted by the MailOnline as saying: "I think I was born knowing how to snuggle. Snuggling is healthy, spiritual and fun.

"I think clients come to me for all different kinds of reasons. Some of my older clients, their wives have passed away, and they just need someone to be with.

"Some of the younger clients are between relationships, some are in problematic relationships and some people are just really curious and they come to just find out what it's going to be like."

While clients are not allowed to touch Jackie - who cuddles around 30 men a day - in a sexual way, she has been branded a prostitute and could be expelled from her college course.

She added: "Some have said I am worse than a prostitute because they think snuggling is more intimate than sex.

"I've been told I'm monetising love."
